Ballard VOX Premiere:  OH MY EYES  'DEEP FAKE' EP

We are excited to premiere OH MY EYES ‘DEEP FAKE’ EP today!Last year was a whirlwind of ups and downs and then more downs intermixed with a few more random ups. Just weeks before the pandemic started a group of musicians created OH MY EYES, a “Pandemic Psychedelic Surf based” band in Seattle. From their bio, “OH MY EYES weaves high-energy, soulful hooks over cynical narratives about uncertainty, consumer culture, and societal collapse.” Needless to say these guys have things to say and we are all ears.

To that we found a shimmering EP filled with sounds inspiring a ‘sit back and relax’ theme with a backdrop of their heavy convictions and support for BLM, BIPOC, and the LGBTQ family. Whilst ready to bring down the oppressive system that holds up social hierarchies, heteronormativity, white supremacy, and authoritarianism as their bio proclaims. This music was made for us and is exactly what we all need right now for all the like minded people out there so sit back, relax, and take a listen!
