Is it about food? Sex? Disease? Maybe a little… but it's more than that. It’s about riding high and feeling alive. 

Like many Sweet Piece songs, "I’m Cookin" is ambiguous, surreal, and visual. It came about after being awake for days, sitting in front of the TV, trying to write a grungy pop song. In the end I got a chaotic, chromatic thread wound tight around mad ramblings. It hits that hard, Seattle garage-metal verse right on time and brings a little bit of that day’s high to the listener.
